Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise indicated, delivery charges are based on the weight, dollar amount, and volume of your order. Delivery charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any change in the delivery charge at the time your order is placed.

International orders: Orders outside the contiguous 48 states will incur special shipping charges. Please email info@lookfromlondon.com  or select your international destination while placing your order, for a quote.

Returns & Replacements
For over 10 years, Look From London has been pleased to offer exceptional products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your unused purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (with receipt) within 30 days of purchase.

Any unused item purchased from Look From London may be returned for any reason within 30 days, with receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Unless an item is received damaged, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers.

All of our items are packaged with care to ensure that they will arrive undamaged. If you do receive a damaged item, save the damaged goods, the carton, and the packaging material. Contact Customer Service department immediately and we will arrange to have the item returned to us at no expense for you.

Merchandise returns must be mailed back to Look From London prior to completion of your refund. Please, allow for 24-48 hours following our reception of your return before initial refund processing takes place. For exact timeline for funds to be available in your bank or merchant account, please consult them for typical processing expectations.

To return or exchange an item by mail, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order or email Customer Service for more information.

Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation for all purchases at LookFromLondon.com within 24 hours. If you don't receive email confirmation, please e-mail us at Customer Service. Please, provide us with your name and the date that the order was placed.

If the order has not been processed, it may be possible to cancel it. If it has already been processed by the time you contact us, it may be too late to cancel. Contact Customer Service. We offer a satisfaction guarantee so you can return anything you purchase within 30 days.

A customer service representative will notify you within 24 hours by e-mail if the item is currently on backorder and when it is expected to be available. If the backordered item is part of a larger order, you will not be charged for that item until it is sent.

Look From London operates retail stores in New York, and we collect state sales tax to orders delivered to these states. The tax charged includes all state and local sales taxes that apply and is based on the product subtotal plus shipping.

You can track your order through the appropriate shipping vendor selected for your order. To track your order, visit the corresponding shipment processor (ie. Federal Express, United States Postal Service, DHL, or UPS).
