Terms and Conditions
* Only unopened merchandise will be accepted for full credit. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving purchase. If opened, used, worn or damaged merchandise is returned to our facility, the customer forfeits rights to both the merchandise and return credit.
* We recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services from UPS so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to our distribution center. Sorry, but we can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility!
* Include a copy of the invoice of returned item(s) with package.
* If you do not have your original packing slip, just enclose a note with the returned merchandise including the following information: Order number, name, address, e-mail address, reason for return and instructions on whether your want a refund or exchange.
* By law we cannot and will not accept returns or exchanges on worn, washed or soiled items.
